The end of the academic year is fast approaching, and with it the need to submit apprentices for gateway to completion. This toolkit provides you with all the guidance and dates you need to submit your apprentices in good time and enjoy a stress-free year-end.
About year-end
As the academic year comes to an end, we understand that it’s a busy time for all training providers. To help us support you better, all training providers must ensure that their AA dates are up-to-date and accurate on Proficient. This refers to the expected date of the gateway submission.
Please note: if you have a July assessment date booked and your apprentice no shows or cancels, we are unable to guarantee an alternative assessment date in July.
Registration made simple
We’re continuing to offer exceptional support by streamlining our processes, making it easier than ever to register your apprentices. Here’s how:
Gateway to completion Meeting Records and Mapping and Tracking documents no longer need to be submitted prior to gateway to completion.*
Instead, new questions will be introduced to the Questions tab and the declaration under the Declaration tab will be modified to capture all the required information.
However, Mapping and Tracking documents will still be available as a resource to use when compiling portfolios. They can be uploaded alongside the portfolio of gateways if you wish
