The end of the academic year is fast approaching, and with it the need to submit apprentices for gateway. This toolkit provides you with all the guidance and dates you need to submit your apprentices in good time and enjoy a stress-free year-end.
About year-end
As the academic year comes to an end, we understand that it’s a busy time for all training providers. To help us support you better, all training providers must ensure that their EPA dates are up-to-date and accurate on EPAPro. This refers to the expected date of the gateway submission.
Please note: if you have a July assessment date booked and your apprentice no shows or cancels, we are unable to guarantee an alternative assessment date in July.
Reduced administration
This year, we’re making it easier than ever to register your apprentices. Here’s how:
Gateway Meeting Records and Mapping and Tracking documents no longer need to be submitted prior to gateway.*
Instead, new questions will be introduced to the Questions tab and the declaration under the Declaration tab will be modified to capture all the required information.
However, Mapping and Tracking documents will still be available as a resource to use when compiling portfolios. They can be uploaded alongside the portfolio of gateways if you wish
*we will not reject gateways due to information within the Mapping and Tracking document.
