Hairdressing professionals work within customer-facing environments varying from small micro-salons to large high-street chains. Their role is to provide a range of hairdressing services to a variety of clients, and as such strong customer service and safe working practices are essential. In their daily work, they interact with a diverse range of clients conducting consultations to determine services including hair cutting, hair colouring and hair styling.
