How TQUK works with Recruitment Agencies
TQUK has an in-house Recruitment Team that serves as our primary resource for sourcing and attracting talent. All recruitment activity is managed and coordinated by this team, which must be an agency’s first point of contact for any recruitment-related enquiries or candidate submissions.
To ensure a consistent and transparent recruitment process, we can only accept candidate submissions from recruitment agencies that are registered and authorised suppliers of TQUK.
Any CV or candidate profile submitted directly to a TQUK employee or representative, or by an organisation that is not a registered and authorised supplier, will be deemed to have been submitted without authorisation and will become the property of TQUK. In such circumstances, TQUK reserves the right to contact and engage directly with the candidate.
No recruitment fee will be payable if the candidate is subsequently employed by, or considered for employment by, TQUK as a result of an unauthorised submission.
