National Talent Academy provides a Level 3 Award in Essential Work Skills—a flexible, online, 30-35 hour qualification designed to equip 16–19s and adult learners with the practical skills they need to thrive at work.
Learners complete four self-paced online units and earn a TQUK Level 3 Award certificate. These units cover Futureproof Career Skills, Financial Literacy, Public Speaking Confidence, and Winning Mentality.
