Aidan Cocker, Customer Service Specialist / Karis Roberts, Customer Service Team Leader

What do we do?

Simple really: we develop qualifications for adult learners and run the assessments at the end of apprenticeships. And we do those things in a way that's fresh, innovative and built around the needs of learners and the training providers they study with. It's why we were acquired by the AQA Group in 2022 and by joining us, you'll be part of that same innovative thinking.

‘My journey began as a Customer Service Specialist. Thanks to the company's support, I was soon promoted to a coordinator position. Now, I am the Customer Service Team Leader, which has allowed me to take on greater responsibilities and develop my leadership skills.’

—Karis Roberts, Customer Service Team Leader

'I initially joined the company in a different department, but was supported in making the move into a Junior Project Manager role. From there, I had access to great development opportunities, including a Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship, and hands-on experience that really accelerated my growth. Since completing my apprenticeship, I've progressed into a more senior role, proving to me that there’s a strong culture of internal development.’

—Jack Smith, Project Lead

'I started at TQUK as a Business Development Officer where I grew my collaborative skills and company knowledge. With a Masters in journalism, I've always been interested in a career in communications. When a role opened up in the MarComms Team, my manager was extremely supportive and gave me the opportunity to pursue a role that suited me best.'
