Administration assistants are an integral part of any organisation. Responsible for supporting the delivery of efficient functions and operations within a business, the remit of Administration Assistants can vary depending on the team structure and size of business, but they typically use digital systems and tools to collate, extract and enter data so daily activities are carried out within agreed timescales and quality expectations. They may also work, under supervision, more widely in the organisation to meet organisational priorities.
Assessment details
TQUK developed these assessments with employers, training providers, and early years experts, based on sector feedback.
Assessments take place only when the employer, provider, and learner confirm readiness, including on-programme where appropriate.
Subject to centre approval, TQUK offers a 50% partnership model with centre assessors. This is supported by a comprehensive guidance package for induction, standardisation, and delivery.
