TQUK Partners with National Talent Academy to Boost Personal and Professional Prospects

Abilities like public speaking, winning mentality, portable skills and financial competence are becoming increasingly important. Whether it’s presenting ideas to key stakeholders or managing budgets at home, these keys skills can transform someone's personal life and professional prospects. 

That’s why courses focused on building these skills are essential and can help people open doors to opportunities they may never have thought possible. 

Our partnership with the National Talent Academy 

Personal development has been integral to TQUK from the word go. We're dedicated to internal promotion and have development programmes in place to help staff develop the skills they need to thrive; that's why we’ve partnered with National Talent Academy. Together, we’re empowering learners to become their best selves through the Level 3 Award in Essential Work Skills. 

This Award is endorsed by us and allows individuals to learn portable skills that can be used across a wide range of industries and areas of life, helping them to adapt and thrive in any career.

The ins and outs of the Award 

National Talent Academy’s Level 3 Award is a Certified Learning Course (CLC) - part of our newly revamped endorsed courses provision. 

What makes this CLC truly impactful is its focus on unlocking the skills that matter most now and in the future.  

Through self-paced study, learners can explore the following four units: 

• Futureproof Career Skills (Portable Skills) 

• Financial Literacy 

• Public Speaking Confidence 

• Winning Mentality 

Together, these areas help learners discover and strengthen their transferable skills, build confidence in financial decision-making, communicate ideas with clarity and impact, and develop a mindset that turns challenges into opportunities.  

Once the Award is successfully completed, learners will have gained all the tools they need to flourish in the next steps they take.
