Lead Practitioners in Adult Care guide and inspire team members to make positive differences in someone’s life at times of need. Self-motivation and self-development are critical in this role, as is the ability to inspire those things in others as part of a values-based culture. Specialist understanding of particular conditions allows Lead Practitioners in Adult Care to diagnose and solve issues in their areas of responsibility, which can include but aren't limited to assessment, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, rehabilitation and enablement, telecare and assistive technology.
