Verve

As you are probably all aware the Centre Management Side
of Verve is now live and kicking!

This means that we are introducing all brand new centres to the system right from the beginning and that existing centres who require quality assurance services will be directed to Verve to make their request.

For existing centres, we will gradually be adding/updating all the necessary information to the system so that they can use it fully. 

What does this mean for new centres?

Gone are the days of paper Centre Recognition forms and email attachments! Your Centre Recognition and Qualification Approval process will now all be slickly managed by our Verve software offering a speedier and more fluid approach than we ever have before in Quality Assurance. Upon expressing an interest to become a TQUK centre you will be provided with a login to the system to begin the process.

What does this mean for existing centres?

We will systematically be contacting our existing centres to introduce you to the new software and the centre management opportunities which it can offer. You will then be able to take advantage of this more streamlined approach.

If you have not already been contacted regarding the new Management system, fear not, you will be introduced in the very near future.

Verve Management will be what is used by our centres to register learners and claim certificates. We anticipate that all the features will be available for centres for use and testing in spring/summer of 2017.       

Verve Quality is used to receive and process centre and qualification recognition requests. It also serves as a live record of all of our centres, which qualifications that they are approved to offer and any quality assurance activities relating to them. 

Verve Qualifications is used to process qualification development from the initial idea through to Ofqual regulation. It also acts as a live record of our qualifications and the comprehensive review schedule we have in place to make sure we are monitoring how they are performing. Designed for in-house use, this module is useful as it contains details of every single detail relating to our qualifications. It can be used to access the finer details about what a learner will need to demonstrate in order to achieve a pass. Via this system we will also be able to see the progress of any development work we are doing.
