The successful post holder will not only be responsible for delivering an agreed caseload of End-Point Assessments but will also take a lead role in the training and standardisation of freelance associate End-Point Assessors, undertake internal quality assurance based tasks, and support with the delivery of training and support to external customers. Essential

  • Adult Care Worker Level 2
  • Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3

Desirable

  • Lead Practitioner in Adult Care Level 4

Finance Officer

Training Qualifications UK is an established Ofqual Awarding Organisation, providing qualifications and related services to a growing number of training providers.

This role sits within the heart of the Finance team and is responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, that ultimately ensures that customers receive a smooth and reliable service, financial records are completed accurately, and TQUK’s financial health is impacted upon positively.

End-Point Assessment Officer

This role is an expansion of an existing team and sits at the centre of our EPA provision. EPA Officers provide invaluable support relating to the expectations TQUK places on its processes both internally and for external customers.

You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of our provision, and providing invaluable input to enable the team function to operate at its most efficient.

This role requires someone who thrives on being organised with exceptional attention to detail and who is able to keep up with developments in an ever changing landscape. It is essential that our EPA Officers are confident handling a large workload with a keen eye for detail and ability to fairly and consistently apply rules. You will have the opportunity to build significant and key relationships with our EPA centres and enjoy working as part of a forward thinking team which is really making a difference.

Business Development Officer

This role is at the forefront of our business with responsibility for driving the success of TQUK through proactive engagement with potential customers across Awarding and End Point Assessment.

Business Development Officers ensure that sales leads and opportunities are maximised to their full potential, up until the decision to work with TQUK has been confirmed. Working closely alongside others in the Business Development team, they will promote TQUK as the credible, innovative and support focused Awarding Organisation and End Point Assessment Organisation that it represents, and create a long-lasting first impression.

The role requires somebody with confidence and an outgoing nature, comfortable in conversing with potential customers from a range of backgrounds, sectors and with different interests and motivations.

Excellent organisation and attention to detail are also a must-have. Opportunities must be organised effectively within the CRM, containing accurate and complete records of communication, contract value and milestone progress to manage and report on a sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Officer

This role is at the core of the Service team and provides support to our centre and EPA providers. Client Relationship Officers directly ensure the smooth on-boarding and account management of current and prospective clients through excellent and pro-active customer service and act as their main contact.

Day to day, the individual is responsible for responding to phone calls and emails whilst also being proactive in contacting centres regularly to maintain relationships, influence centre revenue and explore new opportunities for centres. It is essential that Client Relationship Officers possess excellent customer service skills and organisational skills in addition to excellent communication skills to achieve goals in maintaining centre relationships.

In an ever changing landscape, Client Relationship Officers must also display a willingness to learn and adapt to rapid change and within the Customer Service team. A Client Relationship Office will have an excellent understanding of all processes, both within the Customer Service team and across the rest of the business and be comfortable in answering simpler enquiries, before understanding where to escalate to other teams.

HR Officer

Our people are our most important asset and the HR team work tirelessly to ensure that TQUK is a brilliant place to work and that we hire, retain, develop and recognise our talent appropriately. We are looking to expand our existing team with the additional of a HR Officer. 

The HR Officer will provide end-to-end administration support to the HR function which comprises of a HR Manager and Recruitment Coordinator. From updating internal systems with employee information (contact details, changes to employment, employment forms etc), supporting the payroll process, production of documents and letters to answering employee queries and supporting the recruitment process, no two days are ever the same.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone to join the HR team and getting a closer look at how TQUK manages the employee experience. 

You need to be super organised, an excellent multi-tasker, have great attention to detail and be ready to find solutions to fix a problem.
