Assessment Developer

The Assessment Developer is a key role in ensuring the above. As an Assessment Developer you will be responsible for the production, maintenance and delivery of assessments for our qualifications. Utilising your assessment knowledge and working with internal and external stakeholders, you will produce assessments that are valid, reliable and industry leading. Additionally, you will support the Assessment Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensure that Centres, learners and staff have an efficient assessment delivery experience.

Children, Young People and Families End-Point Assessor

This role requires someone who is flexible in their approach to all tasks, with the independence to travel as and when the business requires. Also has exceptional assessment abilities coupled with the ability to act with integrity and impartiality. The successful post holder will not only be responsible for delivering an agreed caseload of End-Point Assessments, but will also undertake internal quality assurance based tasks and support with the delivery of training and support to external customers. The sector’s that fall within this role to be are; • Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (Community and Residential pathways) level 4 • Children, Young People and Families Manager (Community and Residential pathways) level 5

End-Point Assessment Delivery Manager

This role sits within the heart of the End-Point Assessment Delivery Team, responsible for the management of both full time and freelance associate End-Point Assessment Assessors and the overall delivery of our End-Point Assessment service. This is a highly responsible role which is focused on delivering on our non-negotiable SLAs, whilst putting quality and outstanding service at the forefront of all we do. This role requires someone with extensive work based learning or End-Point Assessment delivery experience including internal quality assurance, who is driven by high quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience of being involved with end-point assessment delivery, is solution focused and is able to work in a fast-paced environment offering a flexible and dynamic customer service.

Hair Professional End-Point Assessor

This role requires someone who is flexible in their approach to all tasks, with the independence to travel as and when the business requires and the ability to work evenings or weekends within the sector. Also has exceptional assessment abilities coupled with the ability to act with integrity and impartiality. The successful post holder will not only be responsible for delivering an agreed caseload of End-Point Assessments, but may also take a lead role in the training and standardisation of freelance associate End-Point Assessors, undertake internal quality assurance based tasks, and support with the delivery of training and support to external customers. Lead Assessment Developer

The Lead Assessment Developer is a key role in ensuring the above. As a Lead Assessment Developer you will be responsible for the co-ordination of design and development of assessments for our qualifications. Utilising your assessment design knowledge and working with internal and external stakeholders, you will support the design and development of assessments to ensure we remain compliant and provide a quality service to all. Additionally, you will support the Assessment Delivery and Qualifications Team Managers in overseeing daily operations and ensure that Centres, learners and staff have an efficient assessment delivery experience.

Location: Remote/Agile

Poultry End-Point Assessment Assessor

This role requires someone who is flexible in their approach to all tasks, with the independence to travel as and when the business requires. Also has exceptional assessment abilities coupled with the ability to act with integrity and impartiality. The successful post holder will be responsible for delivering an agreed caseload of End-Point Assessments, undertake internal quality assurance-based tasks, and support with the delivery of training and support to external customers. The sector’s that fall within this role to be assessed are; • Level 2 Poultry Worker • Level 3 Poultry Technician

Poultry Technician End-Point Assessment Lead

This role requires someone who is flexible in their approach to all tasks, with the independence to travel as and when the business requires. Also has exceptional assessment abilities coupled with the ability to act with integrity and impartiality. The successful post holder will not only be responsible for delivering an agreed caseload of End-Point Assessments but will also take a lead role in the training and standardisation of freelance associate End-Point Assessors, undertake internal quality assurance based tasks, and support with the delivery of training and support to external customers. Qualifications Developer

The main purpose of this role is to manage the development of new strategic or bespoke developments as well as contribute to the scheduled and reactive reviews of the existing qualification portfolio. The Qualifications Developer will be an ‘expert’ in the qualification development process with great project management skills to ensure that developments are delivered on time, meeting budgetary and regulatory requirements. The Qualifications Developer will also support other teams with advice and guidance relating to qualification development and other processes which are managed by the qualifications team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys getting their teeth into a project and taking ownership of their work. It requires a huge amount of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Teaching Assistant End-Point Assessor

This role requires someone who is flexible in their approach to all tasks, with the independence to travel as and when the business requires. Also has exceptional assessment abilities coupled with the ability to act with integrity and impartiality. The successful post holder will be responsible for delivering an agreed caseload of End-Point Assessments, undertake internal quality assurance-based tasks, and support with the delivery of training and support to external customers. The sector’s that fall within this role to be assessed are; ● Teaching Assistant Level 3

Video Content and Resource Officer

The Video Content and Resource Officer will work as part of a growing team to support the development of EPA resources. This is a unique opportunity for a new team member to develop and grow this niche resource section. You will achieve this by utilising your knowledge, creativity, and enthusiasm to produce videos that will increase customer engagement and aid understanding regarding End-Point Assessment processes, using new and current resources available.
