The Assessment Team Leader will be responsible for managing multiple workflow streams, allocating and tracking work within the team. Whilst leading by example, the Assessment Team Leader will motivate, develop and coach the Assessment team to produce high quality work by understanding the strengths of each team member to achieve the desired outcomes.

In an ever changing landscape, the post holder must also display a willingness to learn, adapt to rapid change and be comfortable with that change management. The role requires somebody with exceptional organisation and attention to detail in using key systems. Through an excellent understanding of our processes, both within the Assessment Team and across the rest of the business you will help us achieve our strategic goals.
