Assessment Team Leader

This role sits at the centre of our Assessment team and provides invaluable leadership support. The Assessment Team Leader manages the production and review of assessment materials for TQUK’s Awarding and End-Point Assessment provision, particularly exam papers.

The Assessment Team Leader will be responsible for managing multiple workflow streams, allocating and tracking work within the team. Whilst leading by example, the Assessment Team Leader will motivate, develop and coach the Assessment team to produce high quality work by understanding the strengths of each team member to achieve the desired outcomes.

In an ever changing landscape, the postholder must also display a willingness to learn, adapt to rapid change and be comfortable with that change management. The role requires somebody with exceptional organisation and attention to detail in using key systems. Through an excellent understanding of our processes, both within the Assessment Team and across the rest of the business you will help us achieve our strategic goals.

End-Point Assessment Officer

Training Qualifications UK is fast establishing itself as a leading Apprenticeship End-Point Assessment Organisation approved by the Education and Skills Funding Agency to deliver End-Point Assessment to Apprentices on an ever growing number of Apprenticeship Standards.

This role is an expansion of an existing team and sits at the centre of our EPA provision. EPA Officers provide invaluable support relating to the expectations TQUK places on its processes and quality standards both internally and for external customers. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of our provision, and providing invaluable input to enable the team function to operate at its most efficient. This role requires someone who thrives on being organised with exceptional attention to detail, including a good proof reading ability and who is able to keep up with developments in an ever changing landscape. It is essential that our EPA Officers are confident handling a large workload with a keen eye for detail and accuracy with the ability to fairly and consistently apply rules. You will have the opportunity to build significant and key relationships with our EPA centres and enjoy working as part of a forward thinking team which is really making a difference.

End-Point Assessment Coordinator

This role sits within the heart of the End-Point Assessment Team to support the coordination and management of individual and group assessments to enable Training Qualifications UK to continue to be recognised for its first class End-Point Assessment service.

You are responsible for overseeing pipeline information to efficiently coordinate Assessors, assessment schedules and venues to ensure timely assessment practice is observed, meeting the individual requirements of the Employer and Apprenticeship Assessment Plan to exceedcustomer expectations and enablingTraining Qualifications UKto continue to operate as market leaders in this sector. You will work closely with the wider End-Point Assessment Team to monitor data, scheduled assessments, administer online assessments and cascade assessment outcomes in line with service level agreement commitments.
