Account Executive

We are looking for a customer focused and driven individual to join our growing Account Management team to support our large client portfolio to continue to develop strong relationships and support partners with future strategic objectives. This role is at the forefront of our business with responsibility for driving the success of TQUK through proactive engagement existing customers across Awarding and End Point Assessment. Account Executives are the conduit to our Centres, linking our Organisation directly with our centre contacts to ensure exceptional relationships are upheld.

Account Manager

We are looking for a passionate customer focused and highly driven account manager to join our growing team to be responsible for a number of high level accounts, managing and strengthening current relationships. This role is at the forefront of our business with responsibility for driving the success of TQUK through proactive engagement with current clients but also developing account management strategies where required. This role is cross functional, working internally with a number of teams to ensure the entire customer experience is exceptional and creates long-lasting partnerships. The role requires somebody with confidence and an outgoing nature, comfortable in conversing with customers and partners from a range of backgrounds, sectors and with different interests and motivations, predominantly at C-Level and Executive levels.

Adult Care End-Point Assessment Lead

This role requires someone who is flexible in their approach to all tasks, with the independence to travel as and when the business requires. Also has exceptional assessment abilities coupled with the ability to act with integrity and impartiality. The successful post holder will not only be responsible for delivering an agreed caseload of End-Point Assessments but will also take a lead role in the training and standardisation of freelance associate End-Point Assessors, undertake internal quality assurance based tasks, and support with the delivery of training and support to external customers. Assessment Developer

Training Qualifications UK works with schools, colleges, universities, and training providers across the world to provide regulated qualifications, endorsements, and apprenticeships. The qualifications that we offer and the assessments that we design and deliver are the core of what we do. It is important that we are constantly delivering world-class service to our learners and Apprentices to ensure that assessments are valid and as stress-free as possible. The Assessment Developer is a key role in ensuring the above. As an Assessment Developer you will be responsible for the production, maintenance and delivery of assessments for our qualifications. Utilising your assessment knowledge and working with internal and external stakeholders, you will produce assessments that are valid, reliable and industry leading. Additionally, you will support the Assessment Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensure that Centres, learners and staff have an efficient assessment delivery experience.

Assessment Officer

As a regulated Awarding Organisation and a recognised End Point Assessment organisation, assessments play an important role in how we deliver our service. We are at the cutting edge of awarding, maintaining a portfolio of over 30 End-Point Assessments and over 300 Regulated qualifications. The growth of assessments in these areas and the addition of new products mean that we are looking to expand our team. The individual in this role undertakes to ensure that we follow the processes we have in place to develop and maintain compliant, relevant, valid, and fit for purpose assessments. They will write and review assessment questions and produce exam papers from question banks, analysing the performance of previous items. This individual will be responsible for a range of subject areas alongside our current assessment officer. Where necessary, this individual will also support our Exams officers in booking exams, issuing results, invigilation of remotely assessed candidates, inputting marking for paper-based exams and supporting candidate enquiries. Accuracy, attention to detail and a drive for perfection are essential qualities for anyone undertaking this role. It is a great introduction to working in awarding for a driven individual looking to develop a career and presents potential for development. This individual will be given the opportunity to undertake qualifications relating to assessment, as well as gain invaluable hands on experience working in the fastest growing awarding organisation in England.

It is essential that we are constantly striving for improvement in the design, development and delivery of our qualifications, and that we constantly review our approaches to these processes so that we are producing the very best and most relevant qualifications for our learners and others who rely on them. The main purpose of this role is to manage the development of new strategic or bespoke developments as well as contribute to the scheduled and reactive reviews of the existing qualification portfolio. The Qualifications Developer will be an ‘expert’ in the qualification development process with great project management skills to ensure that developments are delivered on time, meeting budgetary and regulatory requirements. The Qualifications Developer will also support other teams with advice and guidance relating to qualification development and other processes which are managed by the qualifications team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys getting their teeth into a project and taking ownership of their work. It requires a huge amount of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
