Dr David Holliman - Chairperson

Dr David Holliman is chairman of TQUK-MENA’s board of directors, bringing a wealth of global education, training and consultancy experience in both private and public sector services. In 2011, David was recognised with the highest title of honour bestowed by the Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky in recognition of outstanding service to the State. In addition, he has significant experience in the corporate sector having delivered management training to many of the world’s biggest organisations including Microsoft, Coca-Cola, General Motors and GlaxoSmithKline. David’s passion for education stems from his firm belief that everyone should have access to high-quality education.

Lara Hudson – Academic and Quality Director

Lara Hudson is entrepreneurial and driven with over 15 years’ experience in the education sector as Chief Operational Officer and Head of Learning and Development.

Lara has vast experience in writing a range of long and short courses (regulated and unregulated) and creating a range of support materials to ensure the highest quality of learning is taking place. She always ensures the highest quality provision for all learners, creating and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, ensuring stakeholder knowledge of these and compliance. She provides the vision, leadership and management necessary to ensure that companies have the proper operational controls, administrative procedures, reporting procedures and people systems in place to effectively grow, ensuring financial strength and operational efficiency. Lara’s additional strengths lie in leadership and management, training solutions development, problem-solving, critical thinking, networking and maintaining relationships.

Anna Fenton-Skinner – Head of Operations

Anna Fenton-Skinner is dedicated and responsible and has been working within the education sector in the UK and UAE for over 6 years in positions such as Head of Academic Operations and Head of Department for Corporate Reputation and Key Relationships.

Anna has been instrumental in gaining and maintaining several new accreditations and partnerships. She has also been involved in acquiring new courses with awarding organisations. She had full operational responsibility for the educational services and events offered by a higher education provider in London. She also focused on coordinating events and managing stakeholder relationships encompassing stakeholder and supplier relationships, budget management, on-site customer and visitor experience, partnership agreements, HR and much more.

Fazil Sheikh – International Business Consultant

Fazil is a budding entrepreneur and a UK MBA graduate who founded a successful management consultancy. He has been responsible over the past 2 years for various strategic alliances across the UK, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka and Nigeria making himself known as a brand that his clients can vouch for.

Fazil is responsible for International Partnerships & Alliances with Universities and Awarding Organisations, maintaining corporate relations and training his team to achieve organisational objectives.

He is currently working on multiple international projects, out of which he is working with top government delegates over in Somalia and Somaliland for conducting UK University Programs & deploying International Student Exchange Programs in the regions to uplift the youth segment and give them global exposure.

He is a firm believer of binding relationships, nurturing values and ethics and delivering business and service excellence are his forte. Linking minds and creating possibilities is his mantra towards excelling in the competitive business world. He loves travelling the globe and brings in fresh concepts based on cultural understanding. He does not consult alone but connects.

Zarnab Sajid – Business Development Manager

Zarnab has been working within the education sector in Dubai for 3 years as a Business Development Manager.

Prior to this, Zarnab had worked as a legal advisor for London School of Marketing in Dubai.

Zarnab has been working in business consultancy in Dubai for more than 5 years in various roles, including Business Development Manager. Zarnab has been involved in generating new business leads for the company and maintaining healthy relationships with existing clients.

Zarnab had full responsibility for sales for the company and was managing the whole sales team whilst achieving and exceeding his targets every month.

To date, one of his biggest achievements is setting up the business for retail and fashion company Guess here in Dubai.
