This policy (together with our terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

Appeals Policy

This policy is provided for customers, including learners, who are delivering, enrolled on or have taken a Training Qualifications UK approved qualification or unit. It sets out the process to follow when submitting appeals to TQUK and the process we will follow when responding to enquiries and/or appeals.

Reasonable Adjustment and Special Consideration Policy

This policy is provided for Training Qualifications UK centres who are delivering TQUK qualifications and for learners who are registered on or have taken a TQUK qualification. It is also for use by TQUK staff members, to ensure they deal with all reasonable adjustment and special consideration requests in a consistent manner.
